About the Role

Are you a Year 2 or Year 3 Carpentry Apprentice looking to level up your skills and work on projects that matter? At Programmed, you won’t just be swinging a hammer—you’ll be part of a team transforming homes and aged care facilities across Sydney.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hands-on general carpentry on residential and aged care refurbishments.
  • Work side-by-side with two experienced Carpenter Foremen—learn from the best!
  • Jump between exciting projects across Sydney Metro.
  • Prep sites so subcontractors can hit the ground running.

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to finishing your trade.
  • White Card (Essential)
